Black Bean Salsa

Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine black beans, cucumber, tomato, green onions, lime juice, cilantro, oil, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cover; chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon over grilled pork, smoked bratwursts or sausages, grilled chicken, or salmon. Makes about 3-1/2 cups salsa.
