Amazing Cranberry Relish

fresh cranberries (4 cups)

large seedless navel oranges (unpeeled), cut into 1-inch pieces

Grand Marnier liqueur or cranberry juice
Directions
- Place cranberries and oranges, half at a time, in a large food processor bowl fitted with a steel blade. Cover and process with several on-of pulses until fruit is finely chopped.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Add the sugar and liqueur or cranberry juice to the cranberry mixture; stir to combine. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
