Cumin-Cheddar Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 1  8-1/2-ounce package corn muffin mix
  • 1/2  cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
  • 3/4  teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

1. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, except stir in cheese and cumin. Spread in a greased 8x8x2-inch or 8x1-1/2-inch round baking pan. Bake in a 400 degree F oven about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve the corn bread warm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
