Cumin-Cheddar Corn Bread
Bake: 15 mins at 400°F
Ingredients
- 1 8 1/2 ounce package corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, except stir in cheese and cumin. Spread in a greased 8x8x2-inch or 8x1-1/2-inch round baking pan. Bake in a 400 degree F oven about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve the corn bread warm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
