Mayonnaise or salad dressing

thin slices cooked turkey breast*

Roma tomato slices or other tomato slices

Romaine lettuce leaves

Finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

Spread the cut sides of the flat bread or croissant with mayonnaise or salad dressing.

On one half, arrange turkey breast slices, tomato slices, romaine lettuce leaves, and shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with second half of focaccia or croissant. Makes 1 sandwich.

- * Buy sliced cooked turkey or cook a turkey breast in the oven or on your grill. Slice it as thick as you like.
