dry sherry or chicken broth
Directions
- In plastic bag, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken; shake to coat. Shake extra flour off chicken.
- In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in oil. Stir in parsley and garlic. Cook and stir until garlic is tender.
- Carefully add the sherry. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Makes 3 servings.
