Chicken Salad Puffs

Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 15-1/4-ounce can pineapple tidbits (juice pack), drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing*
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon
- Dash salt
- Dash sugar
- 1 17.3-ounce package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed, cut into desired shapes and baked according to package directions
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, and celery.
2. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, onion, cardamom or cinnamon, salt, and sugar. Fold into the chicken mixture. Cover and chill the mixture for 1 to 4 hours.
3. To serve, split the pastry puffs and fill them with the chicken mixture. Makes 5 cups.
