Ingredients

  • 1 4 to 5 pound cooked boneless spiral-sliced honey-cured ham
  • 3 cups brown sauce or brown gravy*
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup golden raisins or raisins

Directions

1. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert a meat thermometer. Bake, covered with foil, in a 325 degree F oven for 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 hours or till thermometer registers 140 degree F and ham is heated through. During the last 15 minutes of baking, make sauce.

2. For sauce:In a medium saucepan, combine brown sauce, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and vinegar. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in raisins; heat through. Remove from heat.

3. To serve, slice ham. Pass warm sauce. Makes 12 to 14 servings.

  • Note: *For Brown Sauce:  Prepare enough brown sauce mix or brown gravy mix to make 3 cups.
