Baked Holiday Spiral Ham with Raisin Sauce

Make the brown sugar and orange juice glaze and prepare the ham in just 15 minutes. Then relax while it bakes in the oven.
cooked boneless spiral-sliced honey-cured ham
brown sauce or brown gravy*
packed brown sugar
frozen orange juice concentrate
golden raisins or raisins
- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert a meat thermometer. Bake, covered with foil, in a 325 degree F oven for 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 hours or till thermometer registers 140 degree F and ham is heated through. During the last 15 minutes of baking, make sauce.
- For sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine brown sauce, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice and vinegar. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in raisins; heat through. Remove from heat.
- To serve, slice ham. Pass warm sauce. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
- *For Brown Sauce: Prepare enough brown sauce mix or brown gravy mix to make 3 cups.
