Directions
- Cut bologna into 4 slices. In skillet, cook bologna slices, 2 at a time, in hot oil about 2 minutes per side or until brown, turning once.
- Transfer bologna to toasted buns. Arrange a slice of Monterey Jack cheese, sweet pickle slices or relish, and onion on top. Cover with bun tops and serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
