This vibrant green smoothie is loaded with nutrients, and some people cite matcha as a natural mood-booster.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups refrigerated (not canned) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 banana, cut up and frozen
  • 2 teaspoons matcha (green tea powder)
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen powder (optional)*
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine coconut milk, spinach, banana, matcha, bee pollen powder (if using) and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
