Frozen spinach-artichoke dip is the secret ingredient in this fabulous pizza that delivers an authentically salty punch of kalamata olives and feta cheese.


  • 1 pound homemade or purchased pizza dough
  • 3/4-1 cup frozen spinach-artichoke dip, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups purchased deli-roasted chicken, chopped
  • 1/3 cup bottled roasted red sweet peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced, pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. Press the dough into a 14-inch circle on a baking sheet. Spread thawed spinach-artichoke dip evenly over crust. Top with chicken, roasted red sweet peppers, kalamata olives, mozzarella cheese and feta cheese.
  2. Bake in a 500 degrees oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
