Tangy Cherry-Tea Sorbet

frozen unsweetened pitted tart red cherries (3 cups)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix water, sugar, lemon juice and iced tea mix until tea is dissolved. Transfer half the tea mixture to blender or food processor. Add half of the frozen cherries. Cover; blend until almost smooth. Spoon into cold dessert dishes. Repeat with remaining tea mixture and cherries. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.

- *Sweeteners: Artificially sweetened iced tea mix will work. Sweeten to taste with artificial sweetener.

- Make Ahead: Pour pureed mixture into 8x8x2-inch dish. Cover; freeze 1 to 3 hours or until nearly firm. Use spoon to scrape into dishes.
