Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style or spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon snipped chives
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and chives.
  2. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Chill, covered, 30 minutes for flavors to develop. Store up to one day, covered in the refrigerator.
