Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme, or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, onion, parsley, lemon peel, lemon juice, dill, thyme and paprika. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  2. Cover and chill any leftovers for up to 1 week.
