Raspberry Chai Smoothies

frozen red raspberries
vanilla fat-free yogurt
chai tea concentrate or double-strength brewed black tea, chilled
ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- In a blender, combine raspberries, yogurt, chai tea concentrate, banana, and honey, if you like. Cover and blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until almost smooth, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides. Pour mixture immediately into glasses.
- Pina Colada Chai Smoothies: Prepare as above except, substitute 1/2 of a 10-ounce can frozen pina colada mix concentrate (1/2 cup) for the red raspberries. Add 1-1/2 cups ice cubes and do not use honey.
