  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sliced, pitted and peeled peaches or frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed
  • 1/3 cup peach or plain yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed


  1. In a blender, combine orange juice, peaches and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add ice cubes through opening in lid until mixture becomes almost smooth.
  2. Pour peach mixture over additional ice cubes in tall glasses. Pour 2 tablespoons of the cranberry juice concentrate over the top of each to get a layered effect. Makes 4 (about 6-ounce) servings.
