Indian Summer Cocktail
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 jigger Bacardi® Big Apple rum (3 Tbsp.)
- 1 ounce jigger melon liqueur (Midori®) (3 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 ounce pineapple juice (1 Tbsp.)
- 1/2 ounce orange juice (1 Tbsp.)
- 1/4 ounce DeKuyper® Pucker Island Blue schnapps (1-1/2 tsp.)
- Granny Smith apple slice
Directions
For each cocktail, fill a cocktail shaker three-quarters full with ice. Add rum, melon liqueur, pineapple juice and orange juice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Pour a float of schnapps down the side of the glass so it pools at bottom of glass. Garnish with an apple slice. Makes 1 serving.
