  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup cut-up honeydew or cantaloupe melon
  • 1/2 6 - ounce can (1/3 cup) frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. In a blender container, combine the berries, melon, lemonade concentrate, and honey. Cover the mixture; blend until smooth.
  2. Gradually add ice cubes through a hole in the blender lid, blending until smooth. Makes four 6-ounce servings.


  • For 8 servings, make two separate batches of the blender drink.
