Creamy Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chocolate for Dipping and Sipping (2 ounces) or 3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup whole milk or reduced-fat milk
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- Whipped Cream (optional)
- Marshmallows (optional)
Directions
1. In a small saucepan combine chocolate, milk, and sugar (if using); cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and is smooth.
2. Transfer to a large mug. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows, if you like. Makes 1 (about 1/4 cup) serving.
