Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup mango, guava, passion fruit, or apricot nectar
- 1 1/2 ounce (3 tablespoons) cachaca (Brazilian colorless rum made from sugar cane) or light rum
- 1 tablespoon Bar Syrup (see recipe below)
Directions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add nectar, cachaca, and bar syrup. Cover and shake. Strain into a cocktail or martini glass.

Bar Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
In a small saucepan stir together sugar and water. Bring to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and cool the syrup. Transfer to a small bowl; cover and chill.
