Peach Breakfast Parfaits
Ingredients
- 2 6 ounce carton peach yogurt
- 3/4 cup granola
- 4 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
- Raspberries and/or peach wedges (optional)
Directions
Divide half of the yogurt among 4 parfait glasses. Top with half of the granola. Divide chopped peaches among the glasses. Top with remaining yogurt and remaining granola. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 hours. If you like, garnish with raspberries and/or peach wedges. Makes 4 servings.
