Fluffy Fruit Salad Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 4-serving-size package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 8 ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 cup cubed, peeled pears
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup sliced, peeled fresh peaches or frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed and drained
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- 1 cup canned, pitted dark, sweet cherries, drained
- Leaf lettuce
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the dry vanilla pudding mix and the pineapple juice. Gently fold the thawed frozen whipped dessert topping into the pudding mixture.
2. Fold pears, pineapple, peaches, and grapes into pudding mixture. Cover and chill for 1 to 6 hours.
3. Just before serving, fold in dark, sweet cherries. Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates. Makes 6 servings.
