Try this chilled make-ahead dessert sauce that tastes just like cheesecake. Serve it over store-bought cake for the quickest ever cheesecake-tasting treat. Try it on fruit too.
cream cheese, softened
light dairy sour cream
Fresh raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries
- In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream with an electric mixer until fluffy and combined. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat smooth.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour. Spoon over fresh berries. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
