  • 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened peeled peach slices
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • Sugar (optional)

  • 1 bottle brut champagne, sparkling wine, sparkling apple cider, sparkling white grape juice, or 4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled

  1. In a large bowl, combine whole strawberries, peach slices and pineapple chunks. Sweeten fruit with a little sugar, if you like. Add brandy. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Fill champagne or other saucer-shaped glasses half-full with fruit mixture. Just before serving, pour chilled champagne over the fruit and fill almost to the top. Gently stir. Makes 12 (4-ounce) servings.
