Herby and refreshing, this low-calorie juice can be made in a high-powered blender or a juicer.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 3/4 cup honeydew melon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

Directions

  1. In a high-powered blender, combine baby spinach, cucumber, honeydew melon, mint and basil. Blend until nearly smooth. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve to serve. (Or pass all ingredients through a high-powered juicer, whisking to combine before serving.)
