Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes
  • Ground cinnamon, optional

Directions

  1. In a blender combine espresso powder and hot water; let stand 1 minute. Add banana, milk, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice blending to desired consistency. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
