Creamy avocado, bright clementines, tangy red onions and crisp greens create a colorful bed for hummus-yogurt dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup purchased hummus
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • Pinch salt
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and cubed
  • 3 clementines, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

Directions

  1. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together hummus, yogurt, orange juice and salt.
  2. Divide remaining ingredients among 4 salad plates. Serve with dressing.
