Tailgaters' Brownie Cupcakes
Bake: 22 mins at 350°F
Ingredients
- 1 21 ounce package fudge brownie mix
- 15 miniature-size chocolate-coated caramel-topped nougat bars with peanuts, or 15 dark-chocolate-coated mint creams
- Canned vanilla frosting (optional)
- Small decorative candies or sprinkles (optional)
Directions
1. Line fifteen 2 1/2-inch muffin cups with paper bake cups. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each bake cup. Place a miniature-size candy bar or mint cream in each cup. Divide the remaining batter among the cups.
2. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven 22 minutes. Let cool in pans on a wire rack (cupcakes may dip in centers). Spread each with frosting and sprinkle with decorative candies, if you like. Makes 15 cupcakes.

If all cupcakes don't fit in oven at once, refrigerate unbaked extras till the first ones bake.
