Jarred mango chutney and raisins add sweetness and mild spice to this chicken salad; trading the usual mayonnaise for yogurt makes it healthier.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups purchased deli-roasted chicken, chopped
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion tops
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, gently stir together all the ingredients.
