Ingredients

  • 8 cups torn mixed salad greens
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted dark sweet cherries, halved, or 1/2 cup dried sweet cherries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat blue cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives or thinly sliced green onion tops
  • 1/2 cup bottled reduced-calorie raspberry walnut vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss together salad greens, cherries, crumbled cheese, and chives.
  2. Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over greens mixture; toss gently to coat. Makes 8 servings
