Crisp iceberg lettuce is the perfect foil for the flavors of buffalo chicken wings: blue cheese, celery, onion and creamy buffalo ranch salad dressing.


  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups purchased deli-roasted chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2-3/4 cup bottled buffalo ranch salad dressing


  1. Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into four wedges and remove the core. Arrange wedges on four dinner plates.
  2. Top lettuce with chicken, celery, onion and blue cheese. Drizzle with 1/2 cup buffalo ranch dressing. If you like, pass additional dressing.
