Co's Candy-Bar Brownies
Bake: according to package directions
Ingredients
- 1 19 1/2 ounce package milk chocolate brownie mix
- Chocolate Butter Frosting
- 6 ounces of your favorite chocolate-covered candy bar, chopped; or, small chocolate candies
- Decorative sprinkles (optional)
Directions
1. Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to package directions using a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Let cool in pan on a wire rack.
2. Frost cooled brownies with Chocolate Butter Frosting. Top with chopped candy bars, small chocolate candies, or, if you like, decorative sprinkles. Cut into bars.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Directions
In a bowl, beat cocoa powder and butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups sifted powdered sugar, beating well. Slowly beat in milk and vanilla. Slowly beat in 2 cups sifted powdered sugar. Beat in additional milk, if needed, to make a spreading consistency.
