Topped with blue cheese, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and a balsmic-spiked tomato sauce, this potent pizza has definite adult flavor.


  • 1 pound homemade or purchased pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups purchased deli-roasted chicken, chopped
  • 2/3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup drained, chopped oil-packed dried tomatoes
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese


  1. Press the dough into a 14-inch circle on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix pizza sauce and balsamic vinegar. Spread sauce mixture evenly over crust. Top with chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and blue cheese.
  2. Bake in a 500 degrees F oven for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
