This crowd-pleasing smoothie is packed with immune-boosting Vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (3 to 4 oranges)
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen rasperries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, preferably 2 percent
  • 1 tablespoon bee pollen powder*
  • 1 teaspoon probiotics powder*

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the water, orange juice, blackberries, raspberries, yogurt and, if using, the bee pollen powder and probiotic powder. Blend until smooth.
