Easy Twice-Baked Meatballs
Bake: 30 mins to 40 mins at 350°F
Ingredients
- 1 32 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 16 ounce package frozen cooked meatballs (about 35 meatballs)
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ounce shredded mozzarella cheese (3 cups)
- Hoagie buns, split (optional)
Directions
1. Spoon about 1/3 of the jar of spaghetti sauce into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
2. Arrange the meatballs in the sauce. Pour the remaining sauce over the meatballs. Sprinkle the meatballs with pepper. Top with mozzarella.
3. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degrees oven 30 to 40 minutes or until meatballs are heated and cheese is bubbly. If you like, serve in hoagie buns and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
