We call this chicken salad "basic," but thanks to lemon juice and fresh green onion and parsley, it's anything but boring.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups purchased deli-roasted chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion tops
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together chicken, celery, mayonnaise, green onion tops, parsley, lemon juice and black pepper.
