Ingredients

  • 2 ounces leftover roast beef, shredded (1/3 cup)
  • 1 7 - 8 - inch flour tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon bottled barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)

Directions

  1. Arrange beef on tortilla. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with cheese and broccoli. Roll up. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.

Storage

  • To tote: Pack in an insulated container with ice packs.
