Summer Tropical Salsa

Ingredients

pineapple tidbits, drained

medium ripe mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped

of a sweet red pepper, finely chopped

of a medium red onion, finely chopped

snipped fresh cilantro

freshly squeezed lime juice

medium jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (do not remove the seeds*)
Directions
- In a storage container, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Tip
- Suggested Uses: Serve with grilled chicken, fish or pork.
Note
- * Hot chili peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your eyes, lips, and sensitive skin. Wear plastic gloves while working with peppers, and be sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterward.
