Crispy Cheesy Potato Bites

frozen seasoned crisp potato rounds (Ore Ida® Crispy Crowns®) or 1, 32-ounce package fried potato nuggets (Ore Ida® Tater Tots®)
finely shredded Parmesan cheese or crumbled cotija cheese
Balsamic Ketchup or Chipotle Ketchup (see recipes)
- Line two 15x10x1-inch baking pans with parchment paper or nonstick foil. Bake potatoes in the prepared pans according to package directions. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 4 to 5 minutes more or until cheese is golden brown.
- Serve hot with toothpicks and desired ketchup.

- Stir balsamic vinegar and snipped fresh basil into ketchup.

- In a small bowl stir together ketchup and chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce. Makes 1 cup.
