This rub is fantastic with pork ribs, but it would be great flavoring chops or burgers, too.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar (optional)
  • 4 teaspoons ancho chili powder or hot chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic-pepper seasoning

Directions

  1. In a clean jar with a lid, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and shake to combine. Store at room temperature for up to 2 months.
