Creamy, zesty and tangy, this sauce (from Chef Camp in Minnesota) goes with just about anything: grilled steak, lamb, pork, chicken, seafood or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor; pulse to a smooth sauce. Taste for seasoning, adding a little extra lime juice or vinegar if desired.
