Barbecue Beef Wrap

Ingredients

2 ounces leftover roast beef, shredded (1/3 cup)
1 7 - 8 - inch flour tortilla
1 tablespoon bottled barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)

Directions

Arrange beef on tortilla. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with cheese and broccoli. Roll up. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.

Storage

To tote: Pack in an insulated container with ice packs.
