Weeds

Editor's Review
It's pretty hard to classify Weeds, which is part of its allure. Technically, it's a home and garden shop. And indeed, you'll find all sorts of home and garden items, such as handcrafted iron and wood garden tools and various Garden in a Bag kits. There are also soft hats, fine wooden salad bowls, jewelry and brightly colored lanterns. At Christmastime, you'll spy unique ornaments: wooden forest animals, fuzzy mushrooms, tiny gnomes. Owners Jim and Karen Lillie take care that these items are from local sources, when possible, and, ideally, organic/recycled/repurposed. But there's more. Weeds also stocks an incredible variety of loose teas and tea products. You'll find Earl Gray and Chamomintalongside uncommon types like Wiccan Women's Brew and Herbal Chocolate Chai, plus plenty of infusers, mugs, teapots and the like. There's also an entire wall of spices. The couple also own sister store Lillies, which is just down the block. Both are definitely worth a visit.
