Small but well-stocked, the We Gallery surprised us with its offerings. Silk scarves and colored glass bowls mingle with framed artwork, glassware and jewelry, and prices start low. We found kitschy plastic business card holders for $11 and three-dimensional origami stars for $14. With two sisters guiding the gallery's vision, items lean to feminine sensibilities -- everything here is pretty. An adjacent room hosts makeshift art shows featuring local artists, although the gallery features artwork from artists around the nation. On a shop hop through Akron's artsy side, or a lazy stroll after a visit to the nearby art museum, it's a pleasant stop that'll bring out the girly-girl in you.
