See the splendor of nearly 70 Tiffany windows on Tiffany Stained Glass Trail in Richmond, Indiana.

The studios of Louis Comfort Tiffany were renowned for their stained-glass creations, and thanks to prosperity of its citizens at the turn of the last century, Richmond, Indiana, possesses a remarkable collection of Tiffany windows. Fortunately for art lovers and admirers of Tiffany glass, the town's dazzling trove of windows is easy to find. Simply follow the self-guided Tiffany Stained Glass Trail (available at the Old National Road Welcome Center) through an historic Richmond neighborhood to reach the library and three churches where the windows are located. The Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church, which is blessed with more than 62 magnificent Tiffany windows, is the trail's highlight, but the windows displayed inside the Morrisson-Reeves Library are outstanding examples of the renowned "folded glass" technique that Tiffany developed to simulate light and shadow. All the buildings are open to the public (though some with limited hours), and tours are available by appointment in the Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church; check the trail pamphlet for details.
