Editor's Review

Build your own savory crepe for lunch, and indulge in a sweet one for dessert.
The aim at Icosium is to bring to their diners in the Andersonville neighborhood a little taste of the Mediterranean. To that end, you can get eggs with ricotta and merguez (spicy Algerian sausage) and Algerian mint tea with honey for breakfast, all for around $15. Any time of day, you can build your own crepe, omelet or salad bowl for $9.75, choosing among meats, such as turkey breast and escargot; cheeses, such as Brie, feta and ricotta; plus vegetables; herbs; nuts and dressings. The menu, which includes tastes from throughout the Mediterranean (leaning toward Algeria), also includes famously strong coffee, sweet crepes ($4.75$8.50) and savory crepes ($10, served with homemade soup). We think a visit for lunch is just right here; the crepes are great.
