Boathouse Brew Pub focuses on specialty brews made in Ely. Eelpout Stout, Entry Point Ale and Wild Rice ESB play up the local theme. Wall decorations include an old-school saw and historic timber and fishing photos. The menu is simple -- a lot of burger and sandwich combos with fries. We enjoyed a hearty burger, a chicken sandwich and some crispy fries. All of it was average but priced right -- the same goes for the beer.
