A multimillion dollar renovation in the 2005 restored The Eldridge to its original 1800s grandeur while updating its restaurants, nail spa and guest services. The old-world guest rooms appointed with luxe silk-cotton blend linens have spacious bathrooms with multiple shower jets (sometimes pressure is poor). The surroundings are beautiful and the staff polite and efficient, the internet service operated at glacial speed during our stay.
