Rockford's oldest restaurant is one of those places where you feel like everybody knows your name. Bustling and noisy, Maria's is a local favorite. Steak and pasta are the main fare here, and both are outstanding. Pizza, lobster and other dishes are on the menu, too, but more than anything else, the big salads get rave reviews from customers.
