Patrons flock from miles around for the Stockholm Inn's specialty "Swedes"--authentic Scandinavian-style lingonberry pancakes. The popular breakfast spot seats 600, including many regulars who haven't missed their Saturday-morning pancakes in decades. Open since 1968, the restaurant serves more than 2,500 breakfasts in a typical weekend. There's more than just pancakes on the menu, however. Lunch and dinner options include Swedish split-pea soup, Swedish meatballs and potato dumplings known as kroppkakor. On Friday nights, Stockholm Inn hosts an Icelandic cod fish-fry.
